Mikes roots and heart are heavily invested in horticulture, having grown up on an orchard and then managing them. He has an extensive background in crop nutrition, research, plant physiology and precision agriculture. Mike is highly motivated to apply these skills to make a positive change in horticulture and enabling businesses to leverage the full value of new technology.

Alex Hoek- Fruition, Precision Hort Technician

Alex's role at Fruition is to support their precision horticulture services. This involves the operation and data processing with the Green Atlas cartographers, for both commercial and R&D work. He also helps to provide spatial analysis of data when a deeper-dive is required. Alex enjoys the challenges of applying new technology into orchard management systems and making sure data collected is presented in a form where it is beneficial to clients.

Steve Scheding- Phd, Co-founder of GreenAtlas

Dr. Steven Scheding is an internationally recognized robotics and automation professional with a reputation for leading the development of novel technology that solves difficult business needs in challenging environments. Steve has almost two decades of experience leading multidisciplinary teams and multi-institutional partnerships in domains that demand novel, robust and cost-effective solutions, including 5 years as the director of the Rio Tinto Centre for Mining Automation. In his current role, Dr Scheding co-founded Green Atlas to automate the care of every fruit on every tree on the planet, through AI and robotics.
