Consent to Receive SMS Messages
By providing your phone number and opting in to receive text messages from innov8.ag, you consent to receive SMS messages related to:
- Market insights and harvest timing updates shared by colleagues
- Harvest Challenge results shared by other users
- Weekly market brief notifications (if subscribed)
- Frost and weather alerts for your selected regions (if subscribed)
You are not required to consent to SMS messaging as a condition of purchasing any goods or services from innov8.ag.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your interactions and subscriptions. Share notifications are sent only when a colleague shares content with you. Alert and digest messages are limited to no more than 4 messages per week.

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your text messaging plan.
How to Opt Out
You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by:
- Replying STOP to any message you receive from us
- Contacting us at [email protected]
After opting out, you will receive a one-time confirmation message. You will not receive any further SMS messages from innov8.ag unless you opt in again.

Supported Carriers
Messages are sent to US mobile numbers on all major carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and their subsidiaries. Carrier delivery is not guaranteed. Messages may be delayed or undelivered due to carrier restrictions or device issues.
Privacy
Your phone number and messaging data are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes. Phone numbers are stored securely and used solely for delivering the messages described above.
